Science in America: Innovations of the Southwest

Join STAR Net as we highlight innovations from the Four Corners Region of the southwestern United States. We will explore the history of Acequias (community irrigation systems), water efficient agricultural techniques, and inventions that have transformed public health. We will be sharing programming ideas and hands-on activities for celebrating human innovation and discuss ways libraries from all communities can explore their own unique contributions to science throughout history.
